After purchasing a Holthy Appetiser No. 1 price plan you should:
Receive an email confirmation of your order (also check spam)
If you do not receive this confirmation, your email provider may have blocked our email
Check your bank account for confirmation as well as the subcscription section of your I AM...Holthy account - which you created to make your purchase
We will then send you another email - within 24 hours - from Evolution nutrition to set up your nutrition account and start your wellness journey (also check spam)
Whilst you wait, please feel free to customise your I AM...Holthy account profile and socialise

Are pre-sales available on ALL plans?

Pre-sales are only valid on the plans that are paid in advance:
These are either a 3 month or 6 month term.
A 1 month rolling flex plan is NOT and will NOT be valid.

After you launch what happens to the money I paid during pre-sale?

The money you paid gets added to your account as a credit extending any of the services you have purchased by the amount of months in advance the pre-sale was made. 
E.g You purchase Holthy Appetiser No. 1 on a 3 month term in December 2020.
After we launch in February 2021, rather than your services ending in February, they will be extended till April 2021.

You will only be entitled to a 14 day money back guarantee. See section 8 & 9 for your the Terms & Conditions for your right to cancel and effects of cancellation.

Can I log my activity / energy expenditure?

Yes you can.
On the EN platform:
Once you have a plan in place, navigate to “Track My Progress”, you will see a tab that says “Exercise Plan”, when clicked on, this allows you to add an exercise or select, “didn’t exercise today”. If you select “add an exercise”, you can use the search option and then add the duration to the selected activity.

Can I reach my goals without exercise?

The answer is yes, but whatever your goal, it is not likely to be the Holthy way and may cause a relapse or long-term negative effects on health. That is why our coaches will always touch on exercising, energy balance and body composition.

Do you write fitness programmes?

We don’t do or write fitness programmes as part of our service just yet. We will do in future. In the meantime, if you speak to a pro as part of your service, we will guide you and point you in the right direction for the type of exercise you should be doing to support your journey.

Are your coaches the right fit for me?

Accepted Answer

We won’t give you quick-fix, pressured diets, trends or programmes to follow; rather we will focus on you and help you build habits that will get your results that last forever. If you start off with a meal plan service, we would recommend that this is only temporary.
If you are willing to dedicate the time and focus on consistency, we will get along.
If you want accountability, depending on the service product you select, we will provide this to varying degrees to keep you on track regardless of the craziness of life.
